Our client, a consulting firm in Boston, is looking for a temporary recruiter for 4-5 months to assist their team of 5. This position has the potential to go temp-to-perm.
· Sourcing – Review and identify candidates that fit the job specs via LinkedIn and send inMail for outreach
- Screening – This requires a different set of skills than sourcing. You should be comfortable on the phone and have prior in-bound sales or call center experience.
· Prior inbound sales or call center experience highly desirable
· Recruiting experience a plus
· Must pass background check
· Results driven and motivated
