Marketing & Communications Coordinator
2+ years of Marketing/Communications experience required.
ACE Employment is currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the planning, development, and implementation of marketing communication efforts for one of New England’ s fastest growing independent accounting and advisory firms. This position currently is offering remote work options and ongoing flexibility.
- Create, edit, and proofread proposal materials
- Contribute to blog, social media, email, newsletter, website, and external content editorials in order to deliver timely, relevant content that is consistent with brand messaging
- Develop print and electronic marketing communications and company literature
- Assist with maintaining website as well as intranet, and implementing updates
- Set up marketing campaigns and communications within various platforms
- Assist with managing the firm’ s content calendars
- Assist with coordinating webinars and events
- Assist with lead generation tracking and reporting
- Professional writing experience required
- 2+ years of Marketing/Communications experience required
- Bachelor’ s Degree; Marketing, English, Communications, or equivalent concentration preferred
- Strong professional writing, content development, editing and proofreading
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively while also being able to take direction and input to develop effective and engaging content
- Strong project management capabilities
