Our client, a growing technology firm is seeking an energetic receptionist who will also be supporting senior level managers with day to day tasks as well as company visitors.   Excellent temp-to-hire opportunity at a great company!



• Greet and assist all walk-in visitors

• Screen and transfer incoming calls and answer caller inquiries

• Assist in planning and organizing meetings. May be required to prepare meeting notes.

• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and appointments; facilitate company events

• Assist in follow-up of action items from meetings

• Coordinate domestic and international travel and identify services required based on itinerary

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and order kitchen supplies

• Order office supplies and control inventory

• Sort and distribute mail

• Prepare presentations if needed

• Assist any department as required

• Set up new employees with work space and business cards


• Bachelor’ s degree preferred

• 3+ years experience in a receptionist/administrative type role

• High Energy, Reliable, Detail Oriented

• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Travel Management software a plus

• Collaborative style and positive attitude
