Job Description

Our client, an infusion therapy company is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team.   In this role, you will lead the recruitment and selection process of talent.


• Posting/advertising job openings, screening, interviewing, background/credit checks, recommendation to hire, and salary recommendations.

• Manage Internship Program. This involves working collaboratively with hiring managers, the Corporate HR Managers, and the Marketing Communications Team

• Monitor all new hiring process and maintain regular follow up with employees and ensure work within required deadline and organize and prioritize all data within required timeframe and manage all verification process and maintain personnel files

• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training development initiatives as needed

• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

• Organize annual employee performance reviews

• Evaluate all employment processes and recommend improvements if required to various departments

• Oversee the administration of all HR records, including but not limited to team member files (both paper and electronically), and poster/notice requirements ensuring compliance as required by Federal and State laws

• Supports the HR leadership team to achieve plans and goals daily

• Provide regular and ad-hoc HR Reporting

• Maintain confidentiality with all HR matters and security with all HR records

• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace



Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 3-5 years’ experience as a HR Generalist required. Bachelor’s degree in HR management preferred

• SHRM-CP certification or ability to obtain certification within 12 months of hire

• Experience with multi-state employment a plus

• Healthcare industry experience highly desired

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. ADP) will be a plus
