Customer Service Rep
Quincy, MA 02169 | Temporary
Our client is looking to hire customer service reps in their headquarters located in Quincy, MA. This is a long term contract starting ASAP so immediate availability preferred.
• Process IRP applications
• Provides information to the public, by telephone or in person, in a polite and friendly manner, including registration and matters related to Sales Tax.
• Examine the correctness and execution of forms, documents and applications
• Provides additional support, as needed, to all departments
• Determines, receives and processes fees and other payments
• Reconciles own receipts with Revenue Control documents and applications
• Prepares and maintains revenue and other accounting records as needed
• Composes routine correspondence, open and sort daily mail and performs other related office duties when requested.
• Follows audit and security procedures
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Pass background check (CORI, Driving Record, Fingerprinting)
• Prior customer service experience; preferably handling payments
