Our client is seeking an administrative assistant to support their finance department.  In this contract role, you will provide general administrative and clerical support to team and management.  If you also have payroll experience, this could transition into a temp-to-perm payroll coordinator position.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and take messages
  • Maintain copy filing system
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Manage calendars
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
  • proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • experience with medical billing and coding a plus
  • experience with payroll a plus
