Our client, a digital performance analytics company in Boston is seeking a part time office coordinator.  In this role you will be the go-to person for all office needs, as well as support the sales staff.  Hours are Monday – Friday, 9am-1pm.  Recent grads strongly encouraged to apply!

 

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct all calls as well as take messages
  • Act as primary contact for clients, visitors and people coming in and out
  • Assist with logistics for seminars and trade shows
  • Coordinate catered events, luncheons, staff dinners, happy hours and picnics
  • Maintain supplies by checking inventories
  • Provide administrative support to sales staff
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 1 year experience in similar role
  • Proficiency with MS Office
