Our client, an investment firm in Boston is seeking a polished administrative assistant to join their team. In this temp-to-hire role you will greet visitors and set up for meetings, answer phones, file, order supplies, maintain office equipment, distribute mail, type letters, assist with monthly and quarterly mailings, assist operations and marketing as needed, make travel arrangements and update Outlook Calendar.
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in financial environment
- Associates degree or higher
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as ACT
